The elegant daybed Barril is a variation of the archetypical plank bed. The solid ash construction is transparent and clear: a flat mattress is resting on nine planks which are supported by four criss-crossing boards. The outer edges of the solid wood elements are somewhat rounded, lending a soft touch to the design.
